Next Day Delivery is FREE on all orders to the UK mainland!

All orders will be dispatched FREE OF CHARGE on a next day delivery service (this is not a guaranteed service as the couriers do suffer from breakdowns, accidents and lost drivers at times!). All orders must be signed for, we cannot leave deliveries in huts, garages or bins. Orders received after 3.00pm on Friday will be sent on Monday.

Southern Ireland (48hrs) £15

£15 (approx 5 day delivery ) - Any number of items up to 30kg to the following countries:

£ 25 (5 day delivery) - Any number of items up to 30kg to the following countries:

• Azores
• Baleric Islands

• Sicily
• Spain

£ 35 (5 day delivery) - Any number of items up to 30kg to the following countries:

• Austria
• Finland
• Gibraltar
• Hungary
• Norway
• Sweden
• Switzerland

£ 47 (5 day delivery) - Any number of items up to 30kg to the following countries:

• Greece

USA Delivery;  up to 2kg by International Registered post at £15.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS;
If your order is retuned to us due to failure on your behalf to sign, collect, or change of mind, a surcharge of £5 will be incurred, to cover the cost of handling, administration and re-sending. If you have changed your mind and don't want the order we will refund you minus a £5 re-stocking fee which is to cover costs incurred by us in processing and sending your order.

If you wish to return an item you must do so within 7 days of receiving your goods, please e-mail or call us to confirm our returns procedure. Anybody failing to do this may have there returned item refused. If you are returning clothing we will only accept it if the tags are all still attached and the item is returned to us in the same condition as you received it. Worn, stretched, crushed or clothes that don't smell new will not be accepted. 

Refunds
If you request a refund because you dont like the item or have not paid attention to the sizes shown when you ordered a £5 re-stocking charge will be deducted. This is to help cover delivery, packaging and administration as these costs are heavily subsidized. Damages to supplements must be reported to the courier driver at the time of delivery, if a shipment is signed for as ok then we cannot exchange it.

SECURITY INFORMATION;
All customers placing an order online need to supply their home telephone number as part of our security checks, if you fail to provide all the information required and subsequently cancel your order a £5 administration fee will be deducted from any refund given. If you can give us a home and a mobile number it helps us contact you if there are any problems and also helps the courier company when trying to deliver your goods.

All credit, debit and switch cards must be registered in the UK to enable us to carry our security checks. All non UK registered cards may declined OR may only be accepted with further proof required.

We do not sell or release any of your private information to any third party. We are required by our bank to hold a valid home landline telephone number. We regret that we may be unable to accept just a mobile number.
