Recommended Usage

Directions for use and how to mix:

Pre-workout energy boost or carb load: Add 2 scoops of PhD Battery to 300-400ml ice cold water and shake vigorously for 5 seconds or more.

During exercise: Add 2 scoops (40 grams)of PhD Nutrition’s Battery +/-3 to 300-400ml of ice cold water and shake vigorously for 5 seconds or more.

Post workout: Add 3 scoops (60 grams) of PhD Nutrition’s Battery +/-3 to 500ml of ice-cold water and shake vigorously for 5 seconds or more. The post workout meal is a vital part of any athletic diet. Replenishing glycogen storage immediately after intense exercise such as weight-training may help with recovery and progression.
